Hey there, I am Article 3 of the Constitution of Armenia , which states that the Human Being Shall be the Highest Value. Everybody shall have freedom of speech , and freedom of expression. But there are expressions, statements, that can depreciate or offend the dignity of a person. Let’s respect each other , stop hate speech and hold on tight to our constitutional right to be the highest value.
